What Our Users Say

Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.

"App was working. Then started the old issues of finding the M3 speaker each use. Now the M3 speaker fades out after a few hours. And the app has gone back to not finding the speaker at all. I've reinstalled the app, and it still does not work. This app has been buggy on Samsung, LG and now Google phone. My first review was before 2018 when the M3 speaker was removed from the options. It is an awesome speaker. Now it is a paperweight."

A Google user

"Once you change wifi the speakers will never connect. The phone connects the ap refuses to find said connection. Followed all instructions to reset speaker. Now useless and a major waste of money."

Michael Merryman

"Absolute shite why has this app suddenly become unstable. Come on you guys listen to what people are saying and sort out a fix."

David Bean

"I had the crashing problem. Ended up using the mode button on the speaker, switching it from wifi to bluetooth, and using a different music app to play the songs stored on my phone. I would give them a higher rating, if they fixed the problem."

Rick Volpatti

"Has problem casting Spotify song and can't play my song folder on my phone it would just kick me out of the app"

wilson

"Works normally (as it should), now that I figured out what was up. My tablet's running VPN app was the culprit. Caused my speakers and sound bar to disappear immediately from Multiroom app's device detection whenever I tried to pair/connect to wifi. Turning my VPN app off 'before' I use this app was the solution. My only question Samsung, is why hasn't anyone tried to rectify or even given an explanation for losing access to A LOT of good local radio stations on the Tunein app that once worked?"

Gary Smith

"aweful, can't even use a $1200 speaker"

ANDREW CRIBBS

"Do not buy Samsung wifi speaker. Disconnect frequently and cannot reconnect."

Byeongoh Lee

"The is app is junk. Will not connect speaker to wifi on note 10+. Samsung you need to fix this."

Jonathan Morrow

"Only useful for Bluetooth connection to your phone. Everything else fails to connect"
